How can I get more information about this message?

See picture - periodically I get a message like this, which basically says "Unexpected information was received….". This happened this morning, and all I do is a Reset of the account and all is fine. But is there a way to see what was returned as a message, in case Reset does not work?

    Yesterday and today are bad days for transaction downloading from the Quicken server, due to an issue with the service provider.

    So, please be patient and try again later in the day.

    If you really want to get to the bottom of this, i.e., you want to see what was downloaded from the bank or the Quicken server in detail, take a look at the Download Log files (in Quicken select Help / Contact Support / Log Files)

    @UKR thanks, I did a Reset and that fixed it right away. My question was how to find out about what the info being returned was, out of curiosity I guess. I tried looking at Help / Contact Support / Log Files right now, and I get this error:

    To fix that "navigation" problem delete this folder:

    C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Cache
