Can someone tell me how the rental income gets displayed in Profit/Loss details under Rental Property tab for Quicken? I see the expenses, but no income is listed even though I have filled-out a rental income received & listing what bank account the funds get deposited to. I enter rent under Add Tranaction in Rental Property. Thank you.

Go into the "Account to use" register and look up the rent transactions for this tenant.
Is the transaction properly categorized to "Rent Received", a Schedule E tax line item category?
If not, categorize all uncategorized transactions.

Thanks for your answer…that was the issue. I needed to change the category & link to Schedule E income & expense lines. However, I am somewhat confused with all the categories listed in my Quicken but the main thing I got the everything sync'd like it is suppose to be. Thanks again.
