Renew my subscription for 2024
Hi.
I'm having a hard time renewing my subscription, for the Deluxe version. My Credit Card does not go through, and I cannot either (as previous message) get any rebate. Is there a problem with Quicken? I hate having the annoying messages that my subscription is expired…help please…

Thanks for the reply…I was mostly wondering if anyone else couldn't renew their subscription too.
After waiting for 15 minutes, I was able to chat with CSR and the renewal was done, but still don't know why it cannot be done on their website…
Anyway, seems that it's a recurrent problem with their servers

One issue that others have reported is that you need to enter a USA Zip Code instead of your postal code. That issue has been present for a very long time… many months or even years now. Perhaps that was the issue you encountered?

Not sure what the actual issue was, but CSR was able to renew it (in CAD$)
so it's resolved until next year LOL0
