Why am I unable to download my bank account transactions?

I'm unable to download my bank account transactions. This has never happened previously. What is going on?

    OK, good to hear. Note that for the last 3 days there was a significant server issue causing very slow response/updates during OSU and some reported they were not able to update their accounts at all and/or that Quicken would freeze up or crash. Late yesterday afternoon and evening Quicken was able to resolve the server issue and it was fully resolved sometime today. So, maybe that was what was behind your not being able to download transactions.

    Please provide more information about what you are experiencing:

    • Is your subscription still active? (Help > About Quicken)
    • When did this download issue begin for you?
    • Bank?
    • Connection method? (Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, Express Web Connect+, Web Connect)
    • Are you getting any error code or message? If so, what is it?
    • What are you seeing in the OSU Summary? Does it show that OSU completed but nothing was downloaded?
    • Account Register: At the upper left directly beneath the Account Name, specifically what does it say? It should show something similar to what is highlighted in yellow this picture.
    • Are you having any issues downloading transactions for other accounts? If so, please explain.

    Subscription is valid until January 27, 2024 & will renew automatically.

    Issue seems to be resolved after waiting several hours.

    I'm hoping the issue remains resolved. Otherwise, for my purposes, Quicken doesn't offer much value! I've been using Quicken for more than thirty years & this is the first time I've run into something like this.
