Bank Balance VS Quicken Balance not equal

I sure there is already a post about this but I have not been able to locate it. I have quicken set up with a business and rental properties. The rental property says I am overflowing with cash (I wish!!). The bank account says I have the same problem (I really wish!!). My bank account tells a different story and I sync them every time I log in. How do I get everything on the same page. It is as if my rental property income is not linked with anything else. Help!! Please!!

    Have you tried Validating your file? SuperValidating? Restoring from a backup?

    Thank you for the suggestion. I tried to both validate and restore from backup and I have the same issue.
