Trying to pay for Quicken Classic Deluxe from Kenya for new subscription. But receiving an error.

"Sorry! We are experiencing some trouble placing your order. Please validate and enter your address again."

Both my payment methods - Credit Cards and Paypal are working on all other international online platforms and also verified with the bank, the cards are operational.

What could be the issue? Please advise.

Hi, @MunjalShah. This is Quicken Community which is a Quicken users forum so we cannot assist you with getting your order placed. However, I can offer some comments and suggestions for you to consider.

• Quicken is not an international online platform. It is a platform designed for use specifically with US and Canada financial institutions. If you are wanting to use Quicken to download financial transactions for banks and investment companies that are not in the US or Canada then you will be disappointed in Quicken because it will not do that.
• However, you can use Quicken to manage your personal finances but you will need to manually enter and manage all the data.
• If you are OK with manually entering all the data, you can download and install Quicken Deluxe 2013 for free from Quicken 2013 for Windows. Most of the improvements that Subscription offers over Quicken 2013 regards online services which you will not be able to take advantage of from Kenya. So, maybe you want to download, install and try out Quicken 2013 Deluxe to see if it will meet your needs/wants.
• If you really do want to order Quicken Classic Deluxe subscription: There are several issues that can prevent an order from another country being accepted on Quicken.com. One is that you must pay in USD or CAD (depending on whether you was the US edition or you want the Canadian edition). No other currency can be used.
• Another issue is that if your payment method requires a security protocol that is not compliant with the Quicken.com payment security protocol (for instance, not having a valid Zip Code) there is a high probability that your payment method will not be accepted.
• What some people from other countries have done is to use a virtual prepaid credit card like Revolut which then was accepted as the payment method.
• Another option you might want to consider is to order Quicken Classic Deluxe from a legitimate online retailer like Walmart, Target, Best Buy or Costco (there are others). Buy a download version for faster service than shipping out a CD. They will email you an Activation Code. When you install the software you then enter the Activation Code to start your subscription and begin using Quicken.
• If you do want to purchase Subscription and the suggestions offered here do not work for you, then you should contact Quicken Support via Phone or Chat: https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support. NOTE: The hours of Chat and Phone availability are shown there in Pacific Standard Time (PST). So you will need to take that into account when you try to contact them.
