Purchasing online using using CC/Paypal with Canadian address

Buying the Canadian deluxe version as I no longer need the Home & Business version. Tried to purchase it online but online purchases using a credit card asks for a zip code and will not accept Canadian post codes (I am in BC Canada, and entered the purchase page from my profile - which is on the Canadian site). I also tried by Paypal, with same result. Wasted a lot of valuable time and was surprised to see that the only support number was a US line that is not toll-free.
By the look of previous posts this is a problem experienced for many years. I wonder how much revenue they have lost with this failure to allow purchasers to purchase the product. Utterly crazy.

Discovered that if you enter the Canadian post code ANA<space>NAN (e.g. A5A 2B2) it will accept the credit card. If you omit the space then it looks for a US zip code. Still need to accept both styles of entry.

Thank you, that is very helpful, as of this point, I think you are the only one that has ever figured that out. At least the only one that has posted it on this forum. Others have had to end up having Quicken Support do the purchase for them, and still not know what went wrong.
