Investment Account Sort Not Working

As a picture is worth a thousand words…

Here is a picture of my investment accounts supposedly sorted in decreasing alpha order. Notice that the sort does not work.

Here is a picture of my investment accounts supposedly sorted in increasing alpha order. Notice that the sort does again not work; in fact, the investment accounts are sorted in the same order in both (i.e., the sort has no effect / impact).

Would greatly appreciate assistance / help in fixing this.

This is a Portfolio view grouped by Account, with the accounts collapsed so that only the account names are visible. The sort here controls the order of the securities within the accounts, not the accounts themselves.

You can rearrange the order of the accounts manually by customizing the view if you want.
