Hi, I ak thinking about purchasing Quicken Classic. Cuerrently I have business accounts managed with quicken 2013 deluxe and personal accounts tracked by MoneyDance. Can you help me understand the path to upgrade and merge these into Classic?
Subscription Quicken Classic will open and convert your QW2013 file without issue. You are on your own when it comes to importing data from MoneyDance.
@TKelly29 This was originally posted under the Mac section then moved to Windows section of this forum. Quicken Deluxe 2013 is only a Windows version, so most likely, your MoneyDance is also a Windows version? Please confirm.
Also, Classic Quicken is Quicken Desktop, so previous versions of Quicken can easily be imported, going all the way back to Quicken 1998 for QWin and Quicken 2007 for Mac.
What data formats can MoneyDance export? That's the issue re: importing that data into Q,
BUT, worst case scenario, since it's so early in the year, starting over as of 1/1/24 shouldn't be that difficult.
You can export a QIF from Moneydance & import that into Quicken but it isn't perfect. These Support articles should be helpful:

Yes, I am running both on Windows.
Thank you for your answer.
