Yes, this is a planned feature:

We don't know when they will release it but it's on their development schedule somewhere.

Note, Zillow isn't an "account" type or otherwise in Quicken Windows.

The account type is "House", what Zillow brings to the table is just fetching the Zillow estimate for that property (and having a reminder to update it).

If using the shortest time period for that reminder (once a month) then this literally one transaction per month that adjusts the balance of that House account:
