    I had problems with LMCU too for the last week or so. It kept asking if I recently had changed my password, which I hadn't. Both answering with Yes and No had the same effect: none.
    What did the trick was to reset the connection in the account properties. Turned out someone a wrong username has sneaked in, the beginning digits of the account number. Don't know how that happened. But after the reset and providing the correct username/password, it all worked again.
