Maturing Bond and CD Report

I recently transferred securities from a closed brokerage account to a new one. I used the transaction " shares transferred from account". The old account shows no holdings and the new account shows the correct holdings. However, when I go to " Maturing Bond and CD report" I see duplicate CD's for all the Cd's I transferred. One CD in the new account and same CD in the old account. Did I use the wrong Transactions Type?

No, you did it correctly. You are seeing a flaw in the report.

If I eliminate the "from" Account from the report I see only one instance of a bond or CD transferred between the two Accounts.

I had the same issue. Even used the transaction "removed" and "add" and still had duplicate holdings on the Maturing Bond and CD report. Must be a bug in the report.
