Bank of American Memo Field Not Downloading with Transactions

I started using the memo field with my gardener because he comes and goes when he can and I want to document when he shows up with the date and time he came in the memo field.

However the memo field does not download with the downloaded transactions.

Anyone know why it's not downloading?

    Because Bank of America isn't sending it. It isn't unusual at all for what is on their website not being sent to Quicken. For instance, if you can categorize on the website that definitely will never come down to Quicken.
