Fidelity NetBenefits Account shows Cash that does not exist

I'm using Simple Positions and every time Quicken syncs with Fidelity, the cash balance doubles the actual share balance.

If I have $1000 in shares, my 401K balance in Quicken shows as $1000 in shares and $1000 in cash. There is no cash balance in the 401k.

I've seen others with this same issue but no solution.

And there probably will never be a fix, because it will have to come from Fidelity. The workaround is to use Complete investing mode instead.

In the downloaded information there are the transactions, which Complete Investing mode uses, and the summary of all the security positions and the amount of cash, which Simple Investing mode uses. For Fidelity NetBenefits only the summary information is double counting the value of the account.

I, also, had Fidelity as "simple" and it would add the cash balance to be same as total share balance, so always double. I changed back to "complete" and now it's correct after zeroing cash balance. New updates are correct.
