Driving me nuts - Windows 11 - Started after Wells took over the updating

I cannot use one step update with my two Wells Fargo accounts. Some checking transactions are entered into my Visa register and some Visa transactions are entered into my checking register. Not all transactions are downloaded. Is there a fix?

The cross-post suggests that when you were connecting your WF accounts to Q you mis-identified which Q account got connected to an online WF account.

SO, Deactivate ALL WF accounts from Q and re-connect them.

I have no clue as to whether or not I made duplicate posts, but do apologize.

Quicken migrated to Wells Fargo services - requiring I give permissions for Wells Fargo to provide the account updates.

I did not mis-identify - it was Wells/Quicken in charge.

I followed your suggestion, deativated accounts - now they are so screwed up it's unimaginable.

A Mod deleted your post from yesterday, at my request. It was a dupe of this post.

What do you mean "Quicken migrated to Wells Fargo services". Do you bank with WF?

After you deactivated, did you reactivate with the correct connections?

    HOW are they screwed up?

It THIS the migration that you're talking about? NOTE, that this was WF's action … NOT Q's

Guess it's Wells that messed up…

I am not a techie but have been using Quicken since version 1, phoning a 415 area code number for assistance - 1983?

I have 3 Wells Fargo accounts - personal, business and credit card (credit card bears an imprint stating 'member since 1975)

From my perspective and use of the product - I conducted business as usual, Quicken/Wells Fargo whomever is NOT updating

my accounts as I have historically experienced.

Thank you for your concerted effort to assist.
