Why was I offered Quicken Canada and why won't it connect to Chase account?

I recently bought Quicken Deluxe on my personal PC and it downloaded what now looks like the Canada version for me. I am in the US and yet, this is what it made me download (no other option was made available when I purchased). Now, it cannot link to ANY US account (Chase or wells fargo) and basically, I just spent 75 bucks on a rubbish version of the software. Can someone please correct the damn thing for me? I was not using any VPN or anything when i purchased. Why did I end up with a Canada version?
