Quicken Mobile cannot handle year end closing of Quicken Classic

I am trying to like Quicken Mobile and Quicken on the Web. The new version is an improvement, I have to admit.

But it has problems. Boy does it have problems.

I did a year end close out of 2023 and archived 2023, leaving me with a Quicken Classic file with only 2024 transactions. I have my reasons for doing this, so I am not interested in discussions on pros and cons of why to do what I did versus leaving years and years of transactions in a file.

Quicken Mobile and Web failed to delete ANY of my previous year's transactions. It failed to delete ANY old accounts I wanted removed. And every single balance is way off.

I was hoping for a product that would truly work in concert with Quicken Classic so I could enter transactions while I vacationed. Nope, will still need to carry my computer.

Quicken Mobile and Web are still not ready for the big time.

Again, Quicken Classic 20% increase (with zero notice) is inexcusable. You've given us nothing of value for such an increase.
