Quicken tells me service is unavailable when I try to update. What gives

I've set up my new Windows computer with Windows 11. I''ve copied my data file and restored it on the new computer. My current release is 43.26. I have two files and I'm trying to verify which is the correct one. But Qicken won't let me update one of the files. It just says the service is unavailable; wait ten minutes and try again. Is there a problem with the file?

You have to sign out and back in. Waiting 10 minutes won't help.

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

I was able To close Quicken, then restart it and log in, but the problem persisted when I tried to update.

    Hello @tjones2033,

Since you currently still running version R43.26, first we advise that you please update your software to the lastest version (R53.32) by navigating to Help > Check for updates.

After that, please follow the instructions found in this Community FAQ in order to resolve the error.

    Hope this helps!
