Intuit and Chase

As of today, I am no longer able to perform One Step update in my Quicken account unless I authorise Intuit to have access to my personal Chase checking account details. I was happy before providing the login in password to my Chase account for every One Step update. If I cancel this, will it return to the method before, or will I discontinue the update feature between Quicken and my Chase account?

You can't go back. Chase has changed over to Express Web Connect + and dropped Direct Connect.

What is happening with Express Web Connect + is that you have authorized Intuit to use a rotating security key to connect to Chase. Intuit will not have your username and password. This is different than Express Web Connect which does still use the username and password but is stored on the Intuit servers.
