Support for Investment issues

The rank and file tech support staff are, by and large, great at their jobs. However, if I call into support there doesn't seem to be anyone with deep expertise with how the Investment tracking works.

How can I get real-time, live support with someone at Quicken who really understands how investment downloads from a brokerage works and can help me troubleshoot errors that occasionally come up?

    I expect "in here" is the best answer unless there's a local "Quicken" guru/instructor that understands this stuff.

    I assume you're using "Complete" tracking, not "Simple?"
