    Locate on your computer the file FIDIR.txt (it might be hidden). Open it with NotePad or WordPad (NOT MS Word).

    Search for the word DIRECT.

    There's your answer.

    Note that Kristina's list is for BOTH DC and BillPay. There are other institutions, such as Fidelity Investments, that support DC, but not BillPay.
