Think Twice before buying - can't cancel via online website (edit)

be aware that you can not cancel your subscription like Quicken claims on the website. You have to call support so they can do this.

Sent a mail to Quicken with this complaint but never got an answer!

    SO, if Support can cancel it at your request … what's the issue???

    Normally I'd say if you can start a subscription via the web you should be able to stop it via the web. However, if you want to cancel & get a refund I don't think it's asking too much to call/chat.
