Beta tester question?

I applied to be a Quicken Beta tester for Windows. When my husband signed up, he got an email within 48-72 hours with the link to download the beta. However, it has now been several weeks and I have not heard anything from the Quicken Beta team. I have not received any emails in my junk mail either. Very frustrating and would appreciate any assistance with getting connected to this exciting program

    Do you both use the same Quicken ID? If so, the beta status is probably be tied to that rather than an individual.

    No we have separate accounts on each of our computers
