td canada trust qfx monthly statements not downloading to quicken canadian edition

I get error message when click on downloaded qfx file.

    OL-221A usually means there is a syntax error in the file. The first thing I would do is edit the QFX file with a text editor and see if there are transactions in it.

    The second would be to check: Help → Contact Support → Log Files → Connection Log

    Quicken should have reported an error on importing the QFX file (newer entries are at the bottom of the log).
