A couple of things that can sometimes fix CC-501 errors that are not mentioned in this Support Article:

• Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Update Now.
• If that doesn't work: Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Edit Account Details > Online Services tab > Reset Account.

If neither of these work, then it is probably a good idea to contact Quicken Support via phone or chat (contact Quicken Support) as the Support Article suggests.
