How can i correct wrong CCard "online balance" in Q? Quicken balance matches actual CCard balance.
After a one step update, Amex account in Quicken shows "online balance" of +$13000 and change, (whooopee!), Quicken balance to the right matches actual online balance of about -$2235. Using Q Classic Premier V54.16 on Win10. More recent account updates have not changed these values. All other CCard accounts in Q are correct. how to correct??

The Online Balance is downloaded from your card company … it can't be changed.
But NOTE, that some cards included Pending Transactions in the amount that they download … which might be throwing off the amount that you see.
That said, the +$13K sounds very strange.

thanks for responding! Makes sense that would be the case, but hard to wrap my head around. No pendings, have tried several updates with no change. After years of fixing myriad things at my end to match the online balance, this is a first!

Deactivated account, re-activated and "Online balance" is correct. Big dope slap for me, should have gone there first.
