FRUSTRATION with Quicken
I purchased Quicken for Mac on 11/9/2023 and in the last three months have had issues with connections to TIAA (resolved), Fidelity (resolved), Marcus by Goldman Sachs, and now CitiBank (the last two ongoing). These are issues that others have had and they are not resolved for many weeks. Someone please convince me why I shouldn't dump this application.

I can't/won't convince you to stick with Quicken, because there is no way to know what the future will bring. These connectivity issues are almost always caused by the financial institutions making changes to their servers and then waiting for Quicken's connectivity provider, Intuit, to make changes and/or worth with the financial institution to get access restored. I will say that while connectivity problems are never-ending, it's unusual that you've had four major financial institutions with issues in such a short time.
