I have called Quicken support 6 times before getting a support ticket #. Apparently, this software error is known to Intuit, but aft 14 months, no fix has been implemented. The failure comes in the from of the processor which times out each and every time when attempting access any financial institution. (See attached. It is 2023 tax time and also my first year of retirment and all the financial nuances that occurs with both events. I need a fully functional and reliable Quicken!

Please update me on the ticket # 10794433 and the resolution of this huge problem!
