Missing Online Services Tab

Options

I have 2 accounts that when I first add them I can add them through the online setup. Then something happens and the downloads fail and online services tab disappears. The accounts are with Green Sky and Citizen Auto.

How do I get online services to start working again on those 2 accounts. I don't have this problem with any of my other accounts.

    Could you provide that workaround, for the benefit of others with the same issue at those FIs?

    Instead of being able to reconnect directly by using the Online Services tab, I tried to re-add the account without removing the original account. When it reached out and found the account it offered to link to existing. Once it did that the online services tab magically repeated.
