looking for an update on when known issue w TD Canada trust will be resolved (Ticket #10628335/CTP-8271). There’s been no update for six weeks on this case

    All available updates and information regarding the issue described in the Alert will be posted within the Alert. As stated in the last update of the Alert, "this Alert will be updated once more information, updates, etc become available". As of now, there is no new information or updates available beyond what has already been posted in the Alert.

    thanks jasmine, however it’s been two months with no update. When can we expect further information or an expected time to resolution?

    As Jasmine stated previously, we, unfortunately, do not have new information or updates available beyond what has already been posted in the Alert, nor do we have an ETA on when more info or a resolution will become available. Quicken's product development and escalation teams do not provide an estimate of when fixes will be completed and released.
