Ability to download Quicken Web Data to desktop (as a form of backup)

My HDD crashed on my desktop machine and I have rebuilt it.
I felt confidence in Quicken knowing that my data was also in the cloud, so that I did not lose my old data.
I have come to find out there there is NO WAY to download the data in the cloud to my desktop as a possible backup or restore capability. In a sense, that data in the cloud is forever stuck in the cloud now as an ophan that no longer has a mother file to connect to.
Can someone please fix this issue asap and provide a way to download our quicken data files from the cloud in import it into the desktop file and be able to continue where we left off?
Thanks!

This is never going to happen. What is in the Quicken cloud is a partial copy of your data. Therefore, it could never be used to restore the Quicken Desktop data file.
