Options

I use Quicken Classic Deluxe version 7.5.2. I've been using Quicken since the '90s so I have a good understanding of the software. However, when I started using the Mac software I found I could no longer deactivate a category which I am no longer using but want to keep the history of the category for reference. One example of how this becomes a problem is I have many (too many) categories in my budget which are not current. Instead of going through the budget sheet I'd rather able to deactivate all the categories no longer used vs a one-to-one handling for budgets, reports, etc. Any advice on if this can be done?
