The "Quote" button has gone missing

I used to have a dedicated "Quote" button somewhere at the top of my "Screen's Home Page" I don' think it was on my Toolbar. It's gone. Now I have to go to the "Investing" menu item, then to "Updates" and then use the dropdown and select "Quotes." to just do quotes and not a complete update. Now it's three clicks instead of one short-cut.

I just want a conveniently placed short-cut to updates quotes. Apparently "Quotes" can't be added to the Toolbar. Any ideas?

    Using the "Use Classic Menu" under preferences, right-clicking on that toolbar brings up your options:
