Several transactions are being downloaded more than once and the duplicate downloads contain incorrect information. The ones with a commission of $25 are in incorrect duplicates.

Similar to my reply in your other thread, since Schwab is using Direct Connect to download directly from their server into your desktop Quicken, it seems likely that this is on Schwab's end. All Quicken should be doing is checking the ID number of each transaction — this is called the FITID, or Financial Institution Transactions ID — to make sure it isn't importing any duplicates of FITIDs previously imported. For the transactions above, check to see if they have the same or different FITID numbers. (You can either temporarily add the FITID column to your register, or click on a transaction and do View > Show Inspector, so you can see the FITID numbers for each transaction.) If the transacitons have different FITID numbers, then Quicken is correct in importing them both, and the problem is with Schwab for sending the incorrect versions of each transaction.
