we are unable to use our Quicken account for over a year now. Our Daughter who has been a Quicken user for many years has also tried to assist us to access our account but was unable to do so. It seems to come up on the screen but does not react to entries or to get information.

    Your profile shows you have Quicken subscription. What edition of Quicken do you have and is your subscription current? If you have Starter edition and your subscription has expired you will have read-only access to your data file. To regain full use access to your data file you will need to resubscribe.

    If my first paragraph is not applicable to you, please advise which edition and version of Quicken you have installed. You can get this information in Quicken at Help > About Quicken.

    Have you tried contacting Quicken phone support? That is probably the best option for an issue like the one you have described here.

    what happens when you try to log into the main Quicken online website - with Quicken email User ID / password ?
