Inconsistent formats in reports

I´ve successfully created an Itemized Categories - Last month Report (01/01/2024 - 31/01/2024) for my Quicken File. Amounts were correctly showed as 23,956.56.

I requested that the data be exported as an Excel Workbook (.xlsx). However, the resulting Excel file shows incorrect amount formats at some levels, inconsistent with the original report. For instance:

I couldn´t find any logic for the inconsistency...

It looks to me that your Quicken currency settings and your Excel currency settings and probably also exchange rates are different from each other. You should probably review them and make sure they are set up the same way in both programs.
