Incorrect error message for Bill Presentment

I was trying to check out the online bill presentment to answer a person's question on if an email could be sent when the bill was due, so even though I long given up on this service I tried to setup a bill that I thought would be one that would connect.
First off, it timed out getting a complete setup, and said it would do it later. So, much for it being any better than what I remember from dropping trying this years ago, but then I tried selecting the "Fix it" button. And got this message:
The bill is for Progressive, the message is for XFINITY Mobile.
I'm going to send this as a Help → Report a problem, but this kind of thing really doesn't instill any kind of confidence in the feature.
