i'm trying to get worthy financial to connect, but it appears it's not in the list of support financial institutions. can we get this added?

The financial institution needs to decide whether or not to support Quicken and when they do they will need to contact and contract with the aggregator (Intuit) to get added to the FIDIR list (Financial Institutions Directory). Then those two will need to coordinate and set up the connection and downloading process. Once that gets completed Quicken will be able to download and import from them

Since the decision about whether or not to support Quicken is solely owned by the financial institution you should contact Worthy and request that they add this support. If/when they get enough customers requesting it they might make the business case to do this.

Unless and until Worthy takes that step, your option to add Worthy to Quicken is to set up Worthy as an Offline manual account.
