Unable to connect to bank

I receive this message when Quicken opens the browser to connect to my bank. I logged in separately without resolution.

What bank? And it sounds like your bank might no longer support Q.

Retired "Certified Information Systems Auditor" & Bank Audit VP0 -
I am trying to connect to USAA, which should still be supported.
