Firstmark Services and Nelnet Student Loans

Unable to complete one step update in Quicken but I am able to log in on both web sites, error for nelnet is CC-555 and I get as far as 2 step login for firstmark and it asks me where to send code for two step login (email or phone) doesn't matter which I choose neither works. This has been an issue for the last month. It used to work, I have done nothing different
