Retroactive vs. "Current Only" Quicken Fixes

Does Quicken ever indicate if the fixes are retroactively applied or just for new accounts and transactions in release notes?
The reason why I ask is that I noticed a new reconciliation feature in Invesment Accounts that no one seems to mention. It first showed up in a new investment I had to set up back in 2022, but the older Investment Accounts do not have this feature.
After downloaded transactions are posted, a reconciliation window pops up similar to a non-investment register.
To add this feature to my other older Investment Accounts, I created new investment accounts and then moved transactions over.
I have noticed there are other instances where fixes or new features are not applied retroactively and it would be nice if this was noted in the release notes.

I have never seen them do that.
