transaction bigger than 99,999,999 in foreign currency

Does Quicken allowed transactions bigger than 99,999,999. When you have foreign currency, it's very common to have transactions bigger than that number.
I am new to quicken, evaluating to use it, after being a long-time Microsoft Money user.

Nope, there's no way to record any number that's larger than 99,999,999.99 in Q, because that's the largest number that's allowed in the US financial system.
Many years ago, when Wells Fargo bought Crocker Bank, they had to make the payment in multiple transactions to get around this limit.
