payee keeps comimg up as 'uncategorized

i have one payee with multiple entries, that keeps coming up as 'uncategorized". i have change one of the entrees for this payee to the correct category, but i doenst chnage all the other entries for that same payee they are still coming up as 'uncategorized" do i need to change every entree for the same payee to the correct category. i would think that they system would learn the right cateogry (
