Running two versions on different O/S releases under one account

Hi, bit of advice needed. I have 2 computers, both the same which are MacBook Pro's 2012.

I'm running my master Mac on the latest o/s release which is Catalina, the other I've upgraded to Monterey using Open Core Legacy patcher.

On each computer I have Quicken Classic Deluxe and I run Quicken on both using the same account and the Quicken data file on each computer is unique to that computer.

I want to upgrade to version 7.5 on the Monterey Mac but stay at 7.4.2 on my Catalina Mac

So, is it OK for me to run two different release levels under the same account.

Some will tell I'm an ex IT bloke with this kind of malarkey

Thanks guys

Simple answer: yes. As long as you have two different data files on the two different computers and aren't trying to move one to the other, it doesn't matter that they are two different versions of the program.
