Empower QFX missing data

My 401k was recently ported from Prudential to Empower's platform. Empower apparently does not support direct or web connect from Quicken, but does offer QFX file download. Unfortunately the QFX file is missing data, specifically for # of units and unit price, as below:

<UNITS>0.0</UNITS>
<UNITPRICE>0.0</UNITPRICE>

These variables are populated correctly for the transfers from Prudential, but they are NOT populated for the latest contribution transactions, which basically makes the file worthless. Anyone else having this problem?

Just want to mention a bit about the terms "Web Connect" is actually the downloading of the QFX file. When you stick "Express" in front of that, that is when Quicken is doing the downloading through One Step update (like Express Web Connect or Express Web Connect +, and there is also Direct Connect that is also automatic through One Step Update).

"Empower apparently does not support direct or web connect from Quicken, but does offer QFX file download."

"QFX file download" IS "Web Connect.

The financial institution is 100% responsible for the contents of Web Connect downloads - that is, Empower is solely responsible for the contents of your QFX file.  Only they can fix a problem in the QFX file they created.

"These variables are populated correctly for the transfers from Prudential, but they are NOT populated for the latest contribution transactions ...."

Can you restate that with more detail about what specific activities and results you are referring to?

For example: What specific Quicken transaction is a "contribution" transaction? I would expect 401k contribution transactions to be Quicken "Cash transferred into account" transactions - frequently triggered by Quicken Paycheck transactions that initiate the contribution transfer to the 401k account.

Also, the <UNITS> and <UNITPRICE> tokens can appear in both downloaded transactions AND downloaded holdings.

In the QFX file from Empower, are the <UNITS> incorrect for both transactions (such as Bought transactions) and holdings?
