how to track ARK7 - Real Estate Investments (edit)

Since Quicken will not interface with ARK7, although it's supposed to, does anyone have any ideas how to set up and track an ARK7 account?

What makes you think that Quicken is "supposed" to track this ARK7 ?
This old posting also mentions it - the only other forum posting -
BUT - this ARK7 is NOT currently listed as avail for Quicken Account setup -

it is listed with the New Account -
but maybe is missing the "Investment" attribute -
if that is the type of real world account - compared to Schwab -
If so - then the ARK7 folks need to contact Quicken and update their FI-DIR profile to reflect supporting "Investments" -
