Anyone get Quicken to work with ARK7?

ARK7 is one of the financial institutions listed in the New Account dialog for Quicken to interface to, however, all attempts to get Quicken to create a linked account fail. (Quicken does its infantile "Opps…" message.) Anyone get Quicken to work with ARK7?

Thanks, but that link is irrelevant. The error has occurred for the entire time since I opened my Ark7 account weeks ago, despite the fact that the same credentials work just fine on the Ark7 site.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
