100GB Dropbox offer didn't work.

Hi,

New user (Premier) here. I saw the offer for 100GB of dropbox space, but when I entered the coupon code, it only added 5GB of storage. I see in other discussions here that can be resolved, but I don't quite know how. Do I contact Quicken support? I hope so since there is no way to contact Dropbox support.

Thanks,

Allan

The only way to resolve it is by contacting support: https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support

-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
    - Subscription Quicken - Win11 and QW2013 - Win11

ok, thanks. I tried chat and they said I had to call. On hold now, but end of the day on Friday, so I might have to wait until next week.

I called support and the helpful agent had to work with some other backend support people, and got the issue resolved. I got a new code and now have the extra storage on dropbox.
