Saved 2023 Reports not working - getting wrong report.

On Windows R55.15 Build 27.1.55.15

A different user had this problem last year and I don't see a resolution. I have several reports saved for tax reporting. For example, a simple report for "Gross Income" I load the 2022 version, change the dates to be 1/1/23 - 12/31/2023, change the title, it runs a proper report and works. I then save it in a new folder with a new name different from the 2022 version. When I go to reopen the report, it loads a completely different saved report from 12 years ago. I've tried saving with different report names. Loading different reports and saving with different names. It loads different saved reports instead of the new report I just created.

I'm having the same issue. I set up the report copied from last year's, pick the accounts, tags and display I want and then when I re-open it, it is a different report with a different name, a name that is not even a name of any report I have saved. I've used this same report for a decade. I know I'm not doing anything different. I can't get my data to my CPA. If I have to enter all of this manually, I'll shoot myself. Of course the Quicken office has banker's hours, if even that. I've updated the software, restarted my desktop. Ugh.

I wonder if changing to the old interface might work. Afraid to do it.

I'm having a problem that might be related. I created a "Itemized Categories Last Year", and most of it looks fine, except the invoice amounts from one month seem to be random numbers in the report. The invoice looks fine. I'm afraid I'm going to have to send myself a corrected 1099, and do all the tax stuff by hand. What can I trust?
