Problems with direct connect and Ameriprise

I have brokerage and retirement accounts with Ameriprise Financial (for many years) and until the beginning of 2024, I have been able to download transactions (buys/sells, interest/dividends) into Quicken Classic desktop. I found the "Problems with direct connect and Ameriprise" article and followed the instructions Quicken Jasmine provided. However, I am still unable to download transactions from my Ameriprise accounts.

Any help and/or additional suggestions to help resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you getting any error codes or messages when you try this?

    Did you follow the directions "to the letter?" It's easy to overlook a hidden Account in that process and that might be the problem as, everything else being equal, I'd expect that list of instructions should work. Do you have other connected Accounts in your file that are downloading correctly?

    What does this mean ?

    Which of the several Ameriprise entries are you using with Quicken ?

    Thanks for the suggestions and follow-up. I use Ameriprise Brokerage 133 Direct.

    If I cannot resolve any time soon, I will reach out to Quicken Support
